Make your story compelling but honest.

I am developing a new section called Entrepreneurship as I explore how different methods and practical ways can be deployed in a modern business.

The most powerful way to persuade someone of your idea is by merging it with emotions, vision and values. And the best way to do that is by telling a compelling story but make sure it is honest and based on firm values.

The reason stories are important is that they are inherent to the human experience. Well-told stories have a very long lifespan – it is through stories that we pass on our accumulated wisdom, beliefs and values. They are the process through which we describe and explain the world around us as well as our role and purpose in it.
